Shipping: Orders will ship out within 1 to 3 business days. We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible! If something unexpected happens with our timeline, we will contact you ASAP.
All delivery times are estimates. Please contact us at magazine@taukodesign.fi if you need your order faster. We will find a suitable shipment option for you.
Please note that we will not be able to help locate your order or reimburse you for lost or damaged shipment should you choose a shipping option without tracking.
Cancellation / Returns: Notify us ASAP at magazine@taukodesign.fi if you wish to cancel your order. All orders can be cancelled prior to fulfilment & shipment. Once your order is shipped, you will need to follow the instructions for returns.
To return or exchange any items from your order, notify us within 14 days of your received delivery at magazine@taukodesign.fi. Returned items must be in original condition, able to be re-sold. We will provide instructions for exchanges via email.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot be held responsible for any shipments that do not make back to us.
As soon as we receive & inspect the returned items, we will refund the price of your order, including shipping, via the original method of payment.
Please Note: We are legally obligated to represent all international purchases as “merchandise” and with exact values. We do not mark items as “gifts” or declare a value lower than the price paid by the buyer. Other countries may charge customs fees. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. TAUKOdesign is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Once packages leave Finland or Germany, they are the responsibility of your national postal service or courier company. We can provide customs numbers and package information upon request.
Subscriptions: Subscribing for the TAUKO magazine ensures you receive each issue by the publication date. The subscription includes four print issues of TAUKO Magazine per year and the automatic renewal makes sure that you will never miss an issue. Your subscription will start with the newest issue available for order or pre-order. We will send you a confirmation email always after your copy has been shipped. For subscription orders you are not able to change the address yourself, please let us know via email if your address or contact details change.
Your subscription will renew automatically. You will only receive a notification if the payment does not go through. We will wait for the renewal to be completed before shipping the next issue. For gift subscriptions there are no automatic renewals. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do it on the orders page when logged in on your account. You can also email us at magazine@taukodesign.fi and we will do the cancellation for you. After your subscription is cancelled, you will receive the remaining issues on it, and it will not renew automatically.
If you have the print + digital subscription, you will receive a link to the digital version always on the publishing day of the issue. If you have a print subscription and you wish to upgrade your subscription to also include the digital version, please be in touch via email and we are happy to help.
