The TAMARA dress by Ivona Fodora is a simple and easy A-line dress with statement pleats. The pattern includes two length variations for the same dress. The maxi dress is an almost ankle-length version of the dress, while the hem of the mini dress reaches mid-thigh. You can play with the pleats and change their placement. Adding sleeves is also an option if you wish to have more coverage.

Designer:
Ivona Fodora is a designer and illustrator from Serbia, living in Helsinki, Finland. She likes the Finnish summer, long walks in the forest, painting, dark coffee, and chocolate. She finds inspiration all around her, from the beautiful nature of her current home, to people and their interactions, to childhood memories of her home country.

Fit and size:
Sizes 1 (2, 3, 4, 5) (6, 7, 8, 9): Choose your size based on your bust circumference. Add a recommended positive ease of 0.4–3.1"/1–8 cm. Pick the size that is the best match for your bust.. Sissi Viiri is wearing TAMARA in green in size 2. She is 67"/170 cm tall. Saranya Meromaa is wearing the maxi version in size 3. She is 63"/161 cm tall.

Fabric recommendations:
You can make the dress from a viscose blend or medium weight cotton, approximately 4.13 oz/yd² / 140 g/m². Choosing a fabric with more stability will bring more structure and volume to the pleats.
