The URMA cuffs and neck warmer are decorative accessories for a unique statement look that simultaneously protects your wrists and neck from the autumn breeze. You can use scraps from your stash and play with the lining to create contrast between the layered, ruffled lines, or you can make the designs from boiled wool with no lining. Have fun with motifs and colours to create a reversible two-in-one piece!

The set of URMA accessories includes a neck warmer and detachable wrist cuffs. The layered ruffles are inspired by a tree fungus and childhood memories of adventures in the woods. URMA’s sculptural shapes serve as a decorative finishing touch for any basic outfit.

Designer:
Andini Wijendaru is a maker based in Indonesia. Pursuing her passion for fashion full-time, she uses traditional textiles as a way to preserve local, artisanal traditions. For Andini, timeless and functional design ensures that a garment will be cherished for a long time to come. She loves using leftover fabrics and scraps to create zerowaste, one-of-a-kind pieces.

Fit and size:
For the URMA cuffs, choose your size based on your wrist circumference. Add a recommended positive ease of 0.6–1.8"/1.5–4.5 cm. The URMA neck warmer is a one-size-fits-all design.

Ajak Majok is 66"/168 cm tall and wears the URMA wrist cuffs in size 1-3.

Fabric recommendations:
Choose flannel or boiled wool for the flounces and lightweight cotton or rayon for the flounce lining to avoid thickness. You can also use sweatshirt fabric or a lightweight knit for the neck warmer and outer flounce, but you’ll need to sew seams with a ballpoint needle and a narrow zigzag stitch. If you’re using boiled wool, it’s optional to add the lining.

The light grey URMA cuffsand neck warmer are made from “Parker Boiled Wool Coating” (100% wool, 11.02 oz/374 gsm) by Gordon Fabrics from Fancy Tiger Crafts. The olive green accessories are made from ”Organic Melange Flannel” (100% organic cotton, 8.7 oz/295 gsm) by Lebenskleidung, and the lining is viscose (approximately 4.13 oz/140 gsm).

After purchasing, you will receive a link to download and print the digital pattern in tiled and layered A4 and A0 size for easy at home printing. There are no delivery charges for the digital patterns, as they are delivered automatically via email immediately after purchase. PDF patterns are only eligible for return and refund if the provided download links have not been used. If the download links have been used, the product will not be refunded.
