The Winifred shorty is a soft and comfortable piece of lingerie, designed for lounging, layering, or intimate wear. Made from soft, stretchy fabric that gently follows the body, these shorts, also known as tap pants, are designed for comfort. The relaxed fit makes them especially approachable for beginners, while the elastic waistband provides a secure yet comfortable feel. 

Depending on your fabric choice and finish, Winifred can be worn as everyday underwear or as light pyjama bottoms. The loose leg openings provide freedom of movement and lend themselves to subtle detailing. You can add lace to the edges or extend the leg length for a loungewear look, if you like.

This versatile garment can be made from a variety of stretchy fabrics, including microlycra, cotton jersey, stretch mesh, and stretch lace combinations for more decorative versions. The design is adaptable, ranging from opaque lounge shorts to sheer decorative lingerie, depending on the chosen fabric. Our samples have 75% stretch.
