The First Year of TAUKO Magazine is a special package including issues 1-4 and a pair of Fiskars ReNew universal scissors. With more than 40 sewing patterns by independent designers worldwide and articles about climate, community and culture you will be inspired time and time again for a thrilling creative process.

SEWING PATTERNS:
The First Year of TAUKO Magazine includes designs from issues 1-4. Get to know the designs for issue No.1, No.2, No.3 and No.4. Each issue includes 10-12 actual size paper patterns with individual sewing instructions. The patterns come in 9 sizes with bust width from 31” / 78cm to 57” / 146cm . The designs are created by international contributors with different backgrounds in fashion, pattern making and sewing.

COLUMNS, ARTICLES AND ESSAYS:
Columns and essays highlight the theme of each issue. Articles, book reviews and tips give insights and open up new perspectives to sewing, climate, culture and community.

FORMAT:
Each TAUKO Magazine is a 128-page collectable that measures in at 275mm high x 215mm wide. The First year of TAUKO Magazine includes four issues and Fiskars ReNew universal scissors that are made and hand-tested in Finland for optimal quality and performance. There are four folded paper pattern sheets included with the magazine. It is printed in Estonia with a glue and stitch binding to secure durability and easy reading.

Each issue will be shipped directly from our warehouse in Berlin or our studio in Helsinki. We’ll ship the current issue to you within 2-3 working days and the upcoming issues will arrive to you by the publishing date. Due to COVID-19 we are occasionally experiencing delays in shipping.
