The LAINE top and dress tie at the shoulder with wide, flowing straps that cascade almost to the waistline, creating a soft, wave-like effect. You can choose between shorter or longer shoulder ties, as well as two finishing options: bias binding for the armscyes, or combined front and back facings that also finish the armscyes. In our samples, the dress has longer ties and full facings, while the top has shorter ties and bias-bound armscyes. Follow these instructions as shown, or mix and match the elements to suit your personal preference.

The slightly cropped, A-line top pairs easily with a variety of bottoms and flatters many body shapes. The adjustable ties allow for a personalized fit. LAINE can also be made into a graceful A-line dress with side seam pockets, providing a versatile, timeless addition to any wardrobe.
